Leadership and Legacy
Founder Jonny Sin brings over 20 years of experience delivering high-profile developments across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Australasia, and East Asia. Over the past 14 years, he has worked exclusively in the hospitality sector, serving as a Board Director at ReardonSmith Architects where he led major projects for clients including The Dorchester Collection, Grosvenor Estates, and The Reuben Brothers, and collaborated with global brands such as Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Mandarin Oriental, and Wanda Vista.
Sin&Co. is supported by strategic collaborations with trusted international partners. Among them is BAT – Bilbao Architecture Team, one of Spain’s leading multidisciplinary architecture firms, with over 40 professionals across architecture, interior design, and construction. BAT serves as the strategic and technical partner for the UK studio, providing Sin&Co. with a powerful project delivery platform.
Our senior living expertise is guided by Michael Sin, our Non-Executive Chairman, based in New Zealand. With over 40 years of expertise in the care and senior living sector, he brings valuable insight into the growing silver economy and the design of environments that enhance quality of life, promote independence, and support physical and emotional wellbeing.
