The studio is led by Founder Jonny Sin, together with Strategic Partners Peru Cañada and Xabier Arranz, respected architects based in Spain. Through close collaboration with our partners and integrated teams in London and Auckland, we bring diverse perspectives, deep sector knowledge, and international reach. Our leadership is further supported by a Non-Executive Chairman with over four decades of expertise in senior living design.
