Concept Guestroom for Gen Z: A Room That Adapts to Each Guest.
Jonny Sin was invited as Guest Designer and Speaker for the 2019 Sleep & Eat Conference, creating a concept space that reimagined the future of the guestroom. Designed around four guest profiles – leisure, business, wellness, and long-stay – the room combined versatility, wellness, and sustainability. Natural daylight, biophilic design, and high-quality materials enhanced well-being, while a movable wall offered full spatial flexibility. Integrated technology enabled personalisation at the touch of an app, allowing the room to adapt seamlessly to evolving guest needs.
